This is a particular expertise of INOFAS. We provide ongoing litigation support services to law firms and government agencies. We create an organized volume of information that can be easily searched and retrieved to facilitate litigation.

• image output in the format you specify

> Special Considerations

While litigation support involves the use of image capture, storage and retrieval, there can be special considerations such as: image quality versus cost; confidentiality; source document security; colour images; and indexing methodology. INOFAS has created a litigation support process specifically to meet the exacting requirements of law firms.

Certain decisions must be made before document images are stored for use in litigation. These include: classification list (for use in the bibliographic database); numbering scheme; storage/retrieval methodology; and other basic parameters. Once finalized, document preparation can commence.

> Secure Facility

The facility is secured with automated smart card access control, as well as a 24-hour monitored security system. Client material is stored in our cement book vault.
